We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

**Responsibilities**:
Inspect faulty materials (Controllers, Motors, Pumps, Drives) received from various sources (SI/Clients, Service Engineers, Farmers, Production line) on a daily basis.

Record serial numbers, match quantities, and create reservation slips, PO ,PR for incoming faulty models.

Enter parts information into
**SAP **for accurate inventory tracking.

Inspect goods to be dispatched to clients, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Maintain a comprehensive report of faulty material inspections and submit daily reports to the Service Manager. This includes entries in Google spreadsheets and uploading photos of each material in Google Drive folders.

Follow up with the Inhouse Team to ensure timely repair of faulty controllers / PCBs.

Raise tickets in the Service Portal, provide spare materials to the production team, and close tickets after repair.

Keep a detailed record of spare stock issued for faulty controllers' repair and submit weekly reports to the Service Manager (entries in Google spreadsheet).

Visit Authorized Service Centres in Pune on a weekly basis to collect repaired Motor/Pump and compile reports.

Conduct follow-ups during inter-departmental material movement (Service
Store, Service
QC, Service
R&D).

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in store operations or a similar role is preferred.

Familiarity with
**SAP** and other inventory management systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

Basic understanding of motor-pump systems and related components.

Willingness to travel to authorized service centers as required.
