**Job Title**:Software Development Engineer in Test - 1

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our dynamic cross-functional Agile team. As an SDET, you will collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive manual and automated test plans from business requirements.
- Design, maintain, and execute automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks to cover both functional and non-functional use cases.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to facilitate high-quality software releases.
- Provide insightful feedback on the impact of requirements to the product manager/owner.
- Proficient in writing code snippets and validating API endpoints.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for issues in the QA environment.
- Demonstrate domain expertise in external product integrations and dependencies.
- Identify and document defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, testing, and automation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java.
- Proficiency in coding, design, and analytical skills.
- Experience in a full project testing life cycle, including test case creation, script development, and manual and automated testing.
- Automation skills and experience using tools including Selenium WebDriver, Postman, and mabl.
- Strong experience in Agile development methodologies, common testing practices, and utilizing technologies.
- Familiarity with Relational databases.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in manual testing, performance testing, analysing test logs, creating test reports, and reporting regularly.

**Nice to Have**:

- Supply Chain Domain Knowledge/Experience.
- Familiarity with non-functional automation tools like J-Meter for load testing.
- Experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
