As **Finance Transformation professional **, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
The team consists of three functions: Release & Event Management, User Support/Operations, and Change Management/Process Controls & Governance. Together, these functions seek to provide best-in-class support for the Firmwide Forecasting Framework (F3) platform, Anaplan (Data modelling tool), Expense Tagging and TRAIL (Data connector service).
**Responsibilities**:
- Operational Support: Support the daily operational processes and provide deliverables within established Service Level Agreements.
- Issue and Inquiry Resolution: The individual in this role will monitor issue metrics and prepare root cause analysis to identify and implement steps to reduce inquiry/issue occurrence.
- Issue Monitoring and Tracking: Ensuring system, data, and user issues and inquiries are captured in appropriate reporting tools to support the collection, remediation, and metric generation for system health KPIs.
- Deployments of Anaplan production models
- Escalations: Looping in senior management for approvals, escalations, and risk mitigation.
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university/institution; advanced degree and/or certifications
- Data analysis experience with a passion for technology
- Demonstrates flexibility, teamwork, can multi-task effectively, builds partnerships, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with project management tools like (JIRA/Confluence/ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of and/or experience using programming and query languages (e.g., SQL, Python), as well as experience leveraging automation and business intelligence (BI) tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Xceptor
- Experience with Data modelling tools like Anaplan
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Nice to have experiences include (but are not limited to): Financial Reporting, Finance Workflow/Automation, Analytics/Dashboarding, FwP&A/Forecasting
- Background in economic forecasting, regulatory reporting (i.e., FRB Reporting) or Macroeconomic Variables is an advantage
