1**. Guest Interaction & Assistance**
- Greet and welcome mall visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.

**2. Mall Information Desk Management**
- Manage the mall’s helpdesk/information kiosk effectively.
- Maintain updated mall directories, promotional materials, and event schedules.
- Handle inquiries about lost & found items.

**3. Customer Complaint Handling**
- Address guest concerns or complaints politely and promptly.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department (housekeeping, security, or operations).

**4. Coordination with Mall Departments**
- Communicate and coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and parking teams for guest-related needs.
- Follow up on guest requests until resolution is confirmed.

**5. Emergency Support**
- Assist during emergency situations (fire, medical, evacuation) by guiding guests and coordinating with emergency response teams.
- Stay informed about mall emergency procedures and act accordingly.

**6. Feedback & Reporting**
- Collect guest feedback forms and suggestions.
- Maintain daily reports of inquiries, complaints, and escalations for management review.

**7. Lost & Found Management**
- Record and manage lost & found items as per mall procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation when returning items to guests.

**8. Cleanliness & Appearance**
- Ensure the guest service area is always clean and organized.
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow dress code standards.
- Provide accurate information about stores, brands, ongoing promotions, events, and mall facilities.
- Guide guests to specific locations such as washrooms, food courts, entertainment zones, ATMs, etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
