**Job Resposibilities**:
- The management representative has essential functions that consist of developing, approving, and updating the general institutional policy, protocols, and procedures.
- Must undertake continuous quality projects.
- Conduct medical audits required as a rule to ensure that patient care meets the expected standards and the audits reports must be analyzed.
- Ensure that the facility is complies with all the necessary medical rules and regulations of the state.
- Skills to undertake or assist with patients in emergency situations by providing basic life support including all emergency codes.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the professional development of other medical personnel at your facility through clinical practices.
- Represent the patient at the highest level in the hospital.
- Monitor the activities to eliminate healthcare associated infections.
- Recruit Physician Assistant (RMO) for the hospital and train them regularly to provide quality healthcare.
- Leading clinical and multi-disciplinary teams in all specialties.
- Develop and implement the organization’s vision, values and strategic objectives.
- Represent the hospital in clinical matters at external events.
- Supervise the activities of the Physician Assistant( RMO)
- Ensure that the medical model of the hospital meets the patient care requirements to provide quality service.
- Represent the clinical aspect to the board of directors.
- Oversee the following:
- Quality Management Committee, including quality improvement and compliance
- Credentialing Committee
- Provider performance review (utilization, coding or billing issues)
- Ensure error free treatment of the patients.
- Inspect the performance of Physician Assistant (RMO) every month.
- Evaluate patient feedback for resolving clinical matters monthly.
- Set targets to reduce healthcare associated infections.
- Conduct monthly audits for patient related documents.
- Ensure that patient satisfaction rate for clinical matters are 100%.
- He has to inform daily OPD
- On discharge evaluation of all IPD Files
- Before discharge evaluation of all Insurance / IPD files for cashless/ reimbursement
- Train the Physician Assistant (RMO) for new updates in healthcare once every 6 months.
- Daily check the hospital patient’s profiles.
- Discuss with Physician Assistant (RMO) for any situations needing emergency change in hospitals patient care protocol.
- Approval of reimbursement of insurance cases.
- To maintain NABH indicator data and submit it to Quality Department.
- If required you have to do multitasking.
- Any other work given by the administration and CMD.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 8 per week
