**Responsibilities**:

- **Network and Systems Management**:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal efficiency.
- **End-User Support**:

- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with users to identify and understand IT-related problems and provide effective solutions.
- **Security Management**:

- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard the organization's data and IT systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
- **Software and Hardware Procurement**:

- Assess the organization's IT needs and recommend appropriate software and hardware solutions.
- Manage the procurement and deployment of software licenses and hardware components.
- **System Upgrades and Maintenance**:

- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- **Backup and Disaster Recovery**:

- Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and facilitate disaster recovery.
- Test and update disaster recovery plans regularly.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand IT requirements and expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role.
- Proficient in system and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
