A **Compression Moulding Operator** is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in **compression moulding**, a manufacturing process commonly used for shaping plastics, rubber, composites, and other materials into desired forms using heat and pressure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup & Operation**:

- Prepare and load moulds and materials.
- Set up compression moulding machines with the correct settings (temperature, pressure, timing).
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- **Material Handling**:

- Weigh and mix raw materials as per specifications.
- Ensure the correct type and amount of material is used.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished parts for defects like bubbles, cracks, or incomplete filling.
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
- Ensure parts meet specification and report deviations.
- **Maintenance & Safety**:

- Perform basic maintenance like cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Record production data and machine performance.
- Fill out inspection or shift reports.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Understanding of moulding processes and materials (e.g., thermosets, rubber).
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
