**Job Title: Partner Architect - Co-founder Opportunity**

**About the Firm**:
We are a well-established architectural practice based in Pune, with a strong portfolio of residential projects across Pune. The firm is now poised for strategic growth, and we are seeking a dynamic, like-minded architect to join as a **Partner** and play an integral role in shaping the future of the practice.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate on design development, project delivery, and client engagement.
- Lead business development efforts, including client acquisition and networking.
- Share responsibilities in project and resource management, financial planning, and firm administration.
- Co-create the firm’s long-term vision and expansion strategy.
- Contribute capital and/or in-kind expertise as part of the partnership model.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design or any valid degree/diploma related to this field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with demonstrable project leadership.
- Strong design sensibility with sound technical knowledge.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative work ethic.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse typologies and design innovation.
- Business acumen and a willingness to take co-ownership of the practice.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
