**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up on leads generated from social media campaigns, referrals, events, and offline sources.
- Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, preferences, and study abroad goals.
- Maintain an updated record of leads and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions with senior counsellors.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to give feedback on lead quality.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or in a similar role (preferably in the education or immigration sector).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
