**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
- Create compelling narratives for product launches, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to generate relevant and up-to-date content ideas.
- **Social Media Strategy & Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and manage content calendars for all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Curate content that aligns with audience interests and enhances brand presence.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, optimizing strategies based on insights.
- **Campaign Development**:

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to execute integrated campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring that they drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage influencer partnerships and social media collaborations when required.
- **Community Management**:

- Foster and manage a positive online community by engaging with followers, answering questions, and moderating conversations.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Monitor, track, and analyze content and social media performance to improve engagement and ROI.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media metrics, content performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Writer and Social Media Strategist.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and their best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, etc.).
- A portfolio of writing samples or links to social media accounts you’ve managed is preferred.

**Desired Skills**:
Knowledge of content marketing trends, influencer marketing, and emerging social media trends.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends in the digital landscape and bring fresh ideas to the table.
