**Job Summary**:
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an excellent shopping experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support on product and service-related matters. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product information, assistance with order placement, and troubleshooting of any issues.
- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and complaints, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory process.
- Resolve product-related and service-related issues in a positive and effective manner, aiming to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that customers’ feedback, complaints, and suggestions are recorded and shared with relevant teams for improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to offer accurate assistance to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a customer service representative in retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, Microsoft Office, and other related tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Education**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
