**Job Title: IT Software Development Product Owner**

**Introduction**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Software Development Product Owner to join our team. This pivotal role serves as a bridge between our IT development groups and business units, ensuring that software development projects meet customer needs and deliver maximum value. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in implementing new systems and enhancing existing ones, directly impacting our organization's efficiency and success.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between IT development groups and business units, facilitating the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to current systems.
- Serve as an agile Product Owner, ensuring alignment with customer needs and adherence to agile Scrum methodologies.
- Conduct analysis, validation, and verification to determine necessary data to support business needs, including its creation, usage, and quality criteria.
- Lead coordination efforts with staff, vendors, and customers to understand business requirements and design data architecture, solutions, and processes.
- Support the definition of roadmaps and portfolios of change that align with business strategy and performance objectives.
- Develop processes, including models (conceptual, logical, and physical), to improve business operations.
- Deliver customized reports and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions and customer reporting requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with teams across the business, fostering collaboration and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or area.
- At least 7+ years of experience as a business analyst or project manager.
- Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in an ever-changing work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely across functional and technical departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and delegate effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with high emotional intelligence and solid interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

**Tools and Technologies**:

- Proficiency in agile Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience with data architecture and modeling tools.
- Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.
