**Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Manage the front desk area, keeping it tidy and organized.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures.
**Sales Support Duties**:
- Assist the sales team by handling walk-in inquiries and basic product/service questions.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Support the sales process by preparing quotes, invoices, and proposals.
- Follow up on sales leads and schedule meetings or calls as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer issues or forwarding them to the right department.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
- Track inventory levels and alert the team of low stock (if applicable).
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or sales support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Customer-focused and goal-driven with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
