CRM Executive Receptionist

**Responsibilities**
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Processing orders
- Preparing reports
- Developing customer retention programs
- Creating and implementing service strategies
- Making recommendations for products or services
- Building lasting relationships with customers
- Working with sales and marketing teams
- Keeping customers updated with product information
- Expanding the customer base
- Attending Exhibitions and and reaching customer.
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- Managing the front desk
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Sorting and delivering mail
- Handling administrative tasks
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Have to work as CRM
- Visitors Management
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and resolve inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement.
.Pay: ₹11,650.31 - ₹29,961.26 per month
