**Project Planning & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients, sales, and internal teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables for LED video wall installations.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure smooth execution from initiation to completion.

**Resource Allocation**:

- Coordinate with the assembly and installation teams to assign tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available on-site in alignment with project requirements.

**Process Automation & Documentation**:

- Utilize Bigin by Zoho to streamline project processes and maintain real-time status updates.
- Maintain and update documentation, including SLOP formats, job sheets, QC reports, and closure reports.

**Communication & Client Interaction**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate customer feedback collection, including Google reviews post-project completion.

**Quality Control & Reporting**:

- Oversee on-site assembly and installation to ensure adherence to Vivid Prime Warranty standards and client specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and prepare QC reports to identify and resolve any issues.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Ensure timely resolution of on-site challenges by facilitating effective communication between the technical team and clients.
- Collect customer satisfaction data and provide feedback to improve service quality.

**Training & SOP Implementation**:

- Assist in employee onboarding and training, ensuring adherence to the company’s printed SOPs and best practices.
- Monitor team compliance with standardized procedures and identify areas for process improvement.

**Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution**:

- Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues to prevent delays and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to handle escalations and find practical solutions.

**Performance Monitoring & KPI Tracking**:

- Track project progress, report key metrics, and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.
- Ensure project milestones are met and report deviations to stakeholders with corrective action plans.

**Post-Installation Support**:

- Facilitate smooth project closure and transfer to the support team for AMC and after-sales services.

Gather detailed insights from installation closure reports for future project enhancements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
