Should have passion and good experience in creation, preparation, coordination of architectural design, construction drawings and specifications on Architectural + Interior projects.
- Lead and Coordinate the work of a multi - disciplined team throughout the design development and detailing phases of a project.
- Ensuring all plans are compliant with by laws
- Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required
- Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Ready to do site visits, supervise site activities & ensure successful project completion
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 0-1 year experience
- A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.
- **Knowledge in Landscape Architecture.**:

- Proficient in Auto CAD, SketchUp and preferably in Revit.
- In-depth understanding of 3Ds Max
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
