**Job Overview**:
An architect is a professional responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, structures, or spaces. They combine creative and technical skills to develop plans and specifications that meet aesthetic, functional, and safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using design software.
- **Technical Planning**:

- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate structural and mechanical systems into the design.
- Develop construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the entire construction process to ensure the project is executed according to the design and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, builders, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the project budget and timelines.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients to address their concerns, provide updates, and seek approvals.
- Present design proposals and project updates to clients and other stakeholders.
- **Site Visits**:

- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction aligns with the design and specifications.
- Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction phase.

**Salary**: ₹8,268.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
