**Responsibilities**:
At Eumo, in your role as an Architect, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating engaging spaces with innovative expression of form, texture, and material. You must possess an ability to bring concepts to life with skillful visualization.

As part of your role, we expect an understanding of our client’s needs and the ability to respond to their functional and creative requirements with conceptual ease.

As an Architect, your skillsets will include an understanding of planning, design, and material use. You will use your knowledge, expertise, and skills to develop user-centered projects across residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Here are some of your responsibilities in detail
- Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
- Coordinate and integrate engineering elements into a unified design for client review and approval.
- Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
- Produce construction documents in AutoCAD or sketch up and create 3D rendering as necessary
- Work with the Project Manager, and direct, supervise, and collaborate with team members to prepare drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
- Work in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
- Research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of architectural & interior experience is preferred
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required, any additional software usage to benefit the output would be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
