**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field is preferable.
- Proven experience in sales of garments in retail & wholesale channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, materials & quality standards is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in both retail and wholesale channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, wholesalers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Possess a thorough understanding of our garment products, including features, benefits, and specifications.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to effectively position our products in the market.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to facilitate order processing and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order transactions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
