**The responsibilities of a Housekeeping Trainer include**:
- Training and developing the Housekeeping team
- Implementing, facilitating and overseeing the Housekeeping training programs and ensuring standards are followed
- Providing on-going coaching and guidance to the Housekeeping Colleagues to ensure consistency of service quality
- Creating and developing the Housekeeping training materials and programs to meet the needs of the hotel
- Welcoming new Colleagues, creating and developing their welcome plans
- Facilitating departmental meetings, focus groups and team-building activities as required

- SHOULD HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF HOUSEKEEPING EQUIPMENTS
- KNOWLEDGE OF CLEANING CHEMICALS & MACHINERY
- SHOULD BE ATLEAST 12TH PASS
- MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SAME FIELD
- Good command over **Tamil, Hindi & English** Should be presentable
- Willing to travel various area of Chennai Location for Training Purpose
- Willing to evaluate the training needs of client
