**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operations and client management.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, and order documentation.

Follow up with customers on quotations, purchase orders, and payments.

Communicate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Maintain customer databases and update CRM or Excel records.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

Handle incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate salesperson or department.

Monitor sales performance metrics and help track targets.

Coordinate meetings, calls, and client visits for the sales team.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Any specialization.

**Experience**:
**2**-3 years of experience in a Sales Support or Sales Coordination role (manufacturing or FMCG preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**The role offers ₹20000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.**
