CNC Programmer

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and write CNC programs using software like **AutoCAD, or G-code**.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines such as **lathes, mills, and grinders**.
- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents**.
- Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates for different materials.
- Conduct **first-piece inspections** to ensure accuracy and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize production processes.
- Perform **routine maintenance and troubleshooting** on CNC machines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of programs, tool lists, and setup instructions.
- Ensure compliance with **safety regulations and quality control standards**.

**Educational Qualification and Experience Required**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field**.
- **Experience**: 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Proficiency in **CAM software**:

- Strong knowledge of **G-code, M-code, and machining processes**.
- Experience with **3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines** is a plus.
- Ability to **troubleshoot and optimize** machining processes.
- Strong **attention to detail** and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a **team-oriented environment**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
