Cam Programmer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize **2D and 3D CNC programming** manually and using CAM software.
- Program CNC Turning, CNC Vertical Milling, and CNC HMC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in machining operations.
- Generate tool paths, select cutting tools, and define machining strategies to improve productivity.
- Conduct simulations and verification checks to validate programming accuracy before execution.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure seamless integration of CAM programs with manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation for all CNC programs and machining processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Strong proficiency in CAM software for CNC programming and manual coding.
- **Machining Knowledge**: Deep understanding of CNC Turning, Vertical Milling, and HMC machine operations.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes.
- **Educational Qualification**: Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum **4-5 years** of hands-on experience in CAM programming for CNC machines.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
