Position: Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: 126-Mahalaxmi Building, Opp to Sri Satyasai Nigamam, Srinagar Colony, Hyd. (Onsite Role)

Experience: 2-5 years

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Working Time: 7PM- 4AM (IST) Night shift

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the US IT job market and various IT technologies

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Tools: Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and CRM systems

Network: Established network of clients, vendors, and consultants in the US IT market

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Actively market bench consultants to potential clients and vendors by showcasing their skills and experience.

Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and consultants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Maintain an updated database of consultants, track their availability, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Arrange interviews between clients and consultants, and provide necessary support throughout the hiring process.

Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies to effectively match consultants with client needs.
