The Packing Helper will assist in preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed efficiently and securely. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Packing Products**: Carefully pack items for shipment, following company guidelines and safety procedures.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing to ensure they meet our standards.
- **Labeling**: Attach appropriate labels and shipping documentation to packages.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory counts and restock packing materials as needed.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized packing area to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to meet packing deadlines and fulfill orders efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [specify weight]) as required.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring items.
