**Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Health & Safety Training**:

- Assist in the development and delivery of health and safety training programs for staff.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about safety protocols and compliance standards.

**Inspections and Audits**:

- Support the Health & Safety team in conducting regular inspections of the manufacturing unit.
- Identify potential hazards and report findings to the supervisor.

**Incident Reporting**:

- Help in maintaining records of workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
- Assist in investigating incidents and preparing reports to identify root causes and preventative measures.

**Safety Protocol Implementation**:

- Aid in the implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness among employees through communication and engagement.

**Compliance Monitoring**:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with respect to all health and safety regulations.
- Help in maintaining documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.

**Emergency Preparedness**:

- Participate in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
- Help conduct drills and training exercises for emergency situations.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain health and safety records, including training logs, inspection reports, and incident records.
- Assist in analyzing safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry best practices, new regulations, and emerging trends in health and safety.
- Attend workshops and training sessions as directed by the supervisor.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
