**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling graphics and multimedia content tailored for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and execute design concepts for social media campaigns, advertisements, infographics, and other promotional materials to engage and grow the audience.
- Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, and banners that align with brand identity and effectively communicate key messages.
- Adapt designs for various social media formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency and brand coherence.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform design decisions and maximize engagement.
- Create branded templates and design assets for social media use, ensuring consistent branding and visual identity across all channels.
- Work collaboratively with copywriters, content creators, and marketing specialists to develop integrated social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer specializing in social media and communication designs, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating engaging and effective visual content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with social media management tools and platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and user behavior, with the ability to translate insights into impactful design solutions.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Detail-oriented approach to design, with a focus on quality, consistency, and brand adherence.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
