**Key Responsibilities**
- **Individualized Instruction**: Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the needs of each student.
- **Assessment**: Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, assignments, and feedback. Adjust teaching methods to meet students' needs.
- **Homework Help**: Assist students with homework and assignments, ensuring they understand the concepts and can complete the work independently.
- **Exam Preparation**: Help students prepare for upcoming tests and exams by reviewing material, practicing test-taking strategies, and addressing any areas of concern.
- **Study Skills Development**: Teach students effective study habits, time management, and organizational skills to improve their academic performance.
- **Motivation and Encouragement**: Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, motivating students to achieve their academic goals.
- **Progress Reporting**: Maintain records of students' progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians and the tutoring center manager about students' achievements and areas needing improvement.
- **Resource Utilization**: Utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources, including textbooks, online tools, and interactive activities, to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Master’s degree or teaching certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
