**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact clients/customers via phone to recover pending payments.
- Maintain accurate records of debt recovery calls, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate repayment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track outstanding balances.
- Prepare regular reports on recovery status and escalate cases when required.
- Ensure professional communication and maintain good customer relations while achieving recovery targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in debt recovery/collection (preferably in FMCG sector).
- **Fluency in Bengali and Hindi communication** (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Desk job only (no fieldwork).
