Role & Responsibilities of a Telesales (IndiaMART Leads):
Lead Generation: Actively identify and engage potential clients or customers primarily from IndiaMART leads, utilizing telesales techniques.

Client Acquisition: Develop and nurture relationships with leads obtained from IndiaMART, presenting the company's products or services, understanding their needs, and converting them into clients or customers.

Platform Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of how IndiaMART works, the type of leads it generates, and the nuances of B2B transactions on the platform.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences within the context of leads obtained from IndiaMART.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective telesales strategies and plans tailored to IndiaMART leads, with the goal of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients or partners generated through IndiaMART leads to secure favorable contracts or deals.

Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients from IndiaMART, leveraging telesales and other communication channels.

Sales Reporting: Maintain records of telesales activities, track progress, and generate reports related to IndiaMART leads for management.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to manage and track interactions, inquiries, and sales leads specifically from IndiaMART.

Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities within the IndiaMART platform and other relevant segments for business growth, developing strategies to penetrate them.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in telesales, especially with a focus on IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms, is highly valuable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and negotiate effectively over the phone.
- Networking Skills: Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build and maintain relationships with leads from IndiaMART.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify opportunities and overcome challenges specific to IndiaMART leads.
- Results-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals through telesales efforts.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using telesales tools, CRM software, and familiarity with IndiaMART's platform.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter who can work independently and is motivated to meet or exceed targets in a telesales environment.
