Job Title: AR Telecaller - US Medical Billing Process

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Insurance Follow-Up: Contact insurance companies to check the status of unpaid or denied claims, identify reasons for non-payment, and resolve issues.
- Patient Follow-Up: Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
- Claim Management: Review and analyze claims to ensure they are processed correctly, and follow up on rejections or denials.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all conversations, claim statuses, and follow-up actions.
- Dispute Resolution: Work with insurance companies or patients to resolve billing issues, including appeals and re-submissions of claims.
- Payment Posting: Verify and post payments received from insurance companies and patients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both insurance companies and patients while maintaining professionalism.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of accounts receivable, aging reports, and follow-up actions taken.
- Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical billing: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Medical collection: 1 year (preferred)
