**Location**: Pune, Maharashtra
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year experience in AR Calling/Medical RCM
**Shift**: US shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims for payment.
- Handle claim denials, rejections, and resolve issues to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams and insurance providers.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and follow-up activities in the system.
- Maintain a clear understanding of medical billing codes (ICD-10, CPT, etc.) and insurance guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved claims or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet productivity and quality targets set by the organization.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in US healthcare processes, especially in AR calling or medical billing.
- Knowledge of insurance claims, EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), and denial management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office tools.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Prior experience in AR calling or medical billing is preferred.
- Willingness to work in night shifts due to US healthcare process requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
