**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to assist in creating and editing screen recording videos for our YouTube channel. The intern will work closely with the Managing Director and other team members, contributing to the development of high-quality video content. This role will also include administrative duties and reporting tasks. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with MS Teams and DevOps will be considered an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Creation and Editing**:

- Record and edit screen capture videos for our YouTube channel.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to understand video requirements and objectives.
- Ensure videos are engaging, informative, and align with the company's branding.
- Manage video files and maintain an organized archive.
- **Assistance to Managing Director**:

- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items.
- **MS Office Proficiency**:

- Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various tasks.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Leverage knowledge of MS Teams for effective collaboration and communication.
- Assist with basic DevOps tasks, if applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Media, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia).
- Strong knowledge of screen recording tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with MS Teams and DevOps tools is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital media and content creation.
