**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our Bridal Asia team. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for reaching out to visitors who have registered their interest in attending our exhibition. Your role will involve engaging with these potential attendees, providing them with essential event information, and assisting with any inquiries they may have. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is personable, persuasive, and passionate about events and the bridal industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outreach and Engagement**:
- Call and engage with registered visitors from our database to confirm their interest in attending the Bridal Asia exhibition.
- Inform and excite visitors about the upcoming exhibition details, highlights, and must-see attractions.
- **Information Sharing**:
- Provide detailed information regarding exhibition dates, venue, timings, entry processes, and key features of the event.
- Answer any questions or address concerns visitors may have regarding the event.
- **Lead Nurturing**:
- Encourage confirmed visitors to share details about the event with their network or bring additional family and friends.
- Share any exclusive offers or promotions available to early registrants.
- **Data Management**:
- Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM system, including confirmations, inquiries, and follow-up notes.
- Update visitor information as required and flag any additional leads for potential future outreach.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Gather feedback from potential attendees regarding their expectations for the exhibition, and relay insights to the marketing and event planning team to enhance future visitor experiences.
- **Follow-up Support**:
- Re-engage with visitors who require additional information or who expressed interest in attending future Bridal Asia events.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a warm and engaging phone manner.
- Ability to convey information clearly and handle queries professionally.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in managing call records and visitor data.
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Passion for the bridal or event industry is a bonus.
