Housekeeping Attendant

**Cleaning and Maintaining Guest Rooms**:

- Cleaning and tidying assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
- Changing bed linens, towels, and toiletries.
- Removing trash and debris from rooms.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and other items in the room.
- Ensuring rooms are clean and well-stocked before receiving guests.
- **Maintaining Public Areas**:

- Cleaning and maintaining public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors regularly.
- Dusting and polishing furniture and other items in public areas.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greeting guests and responding to their concerns or questions.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting guests when necessary.
- **Other Duties**:

- Reporting necessary maintenance items.
- Following departmental policies and procedures.
- Adhering to safety and sanitation policies.
- Stocking guest room amenities.
- Ensuring security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
- Performing rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam cleaning carpets) as required.
