Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service in person or over the phone.
- Perform teller duties, including Making everyday calls to the leads and working on conversion.
- Assist customers with account queries and try to solve the issue
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote bank products, generate leads, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market and pitch the client as per the demand.
- Follow security and compliance guidelines to protect customer information and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
