**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
**Tally Prime Entry**:

- Utilize Tally Prime software for accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records using Tally Prime.

**General Accounting**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports as required.

**Expense Management**:

- Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Reconcile and verify all expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Provide insights into financial trends and recommend appropriate strategies.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and liaise with external auditors.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on financial matters.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounting operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on Tally Prime entry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in using Tally Prime software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
