About the Company

HS Carriers is a fast-growing transport and logistics company committed to providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivables, vendor payments, billing & invoicing.
  • Reconcile bank statements, transport bills, trip sheets, and ledger accounts.
  • Prepare GST reports, E-way bills coordination, and support in tax filings.
  • Handle TDS calculations, petty cash, and monthly expense statements.
  • Track vehicle-wise expenses, fuel statements, trips, challans, and transport-related financial paperwork.
  • Coordinate with operations and management for trip settlements and freight account updates.
  • Generate MIS reports, financial summaries, and maintain structured documentation.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferably experienced candidates with 1–5 years in accounting .
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, MS Word and basic accounting principles.
  • Should be of Commerce Background Preferably BCOM/BBA/MCOM
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and transport billing will be an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
