**About the Job**

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for accounting & bookkeeping.

What you will do:

- Assisting in maintaining the claim/billing process by verification of income with vendor/customer confirmation
- Generating invoices/ debit notes and account statements
- Clearing of receipts entries in vendor/customer account
- Maintaining requisite records and reconciliation across fields on a defined timeline
- Ensuring all the transactions are approved as per authorization matrix and appropriate documentation & filing is maintained for every single accounting transaction
- Preparing accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from rest of the accounting department
- Ensuring all the requisite input are captured in operations
- Ensuring cash flow is appropriately recorded for the organizations' operations on a defined periodic basis

What you need to have:

- Semi qualification in CA with 2+ years of experience or a graduate with 3+ years of experience in the field of accounting and compliance function
- Minimum 2- 4 years of experience as an Accounts Assistant
- Knowledge of working on Tally
- Good command over Microsoft Excel with running all Formulas, Pivots, Macros, etc
- Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- A tendency to learn new software
- Knowledge in Tally Software
- Attention to detail
- A zeal to drive and achieve results
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment to organization’s mission
- Good verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
