**Job Opportunity: Medical Coder (Risk Adjustment)**

We are looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our medical coding team. In this role, you will review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for risk adjustment, ensuring full compliance with CMS guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for HCC/Risk Adjustment.
- Maintain compliance with CMS and internal coding standards.
- Extract relevant clinical information from patient documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads and QA to resolve coding queries and discrepancies.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in ICD-10-CM coding guidelines.
- Certified or trained medical coders are encouraged to apply.
- CPC, CRC, or equivalent certifications preferred.

**Education**

Any graduate.

**Experience**

Prior experience in medical coding is required.
