**Job Title**: _**Finance Executive**_

**Location**: Sector 65, Gurugram (Golf Course Extension Road)

**Industry**: Private & Corporate Events

**Team Size**: 30 employees

**Experience Required**: 1-5 years

**CTC**: ₹25,000-35,000 per month (statutory deductions applicable)

**Work Schedule**: 6 days a week

**Key Responsibilities**

**Finance**
- Prepare invoices, reports, and track receivables
- Manage closures of event files
- Coordinate with outsourced Accounts agency on weekly payment cycles
- Update Google Sheets with vendor bills and payment details

**HR & Admin**
- Weekly cash deposit at bank
- Maintain attendance records of employees
- Manage documentation for new joiners
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations vendors for office-related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree (Preferably Commerce)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with Google Sheets
- Good written communication
- Basic understanding of accounting and related software is a must
- Experience working / coordinating with vendors / multiple internal stakeholders is a plus
- Experience of working in Travel / Hospitality / e-commerce is a plus

Basic understanding of accounting (revenue/payables/MIS/inventory etc.) and related software (Tally / Busy / QuickBooks etc.) is a must

Basic understanding of Financial Statements (Balance sheet / cashflow / P&L) is a plus

Company examples - small travel companies, event companies, hotel/food companies, e-commerce, D2C

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
