**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide hands-on training to workers on **non-leather footwear manufacturing techniques**.
- Develop and implement **training modules** covering production processes, material handling, and quality standards.
- Ensure workers are skilled in **cutting, stitching, assembling, and finishing** footwear products.
- Train employees on the **use of machinery and equipment** used in footwear production.
- Conduct periodic assessments to **evaluate trainee performance** and improve training programs.
- Work closely with the **production and quality control teams** to maintain high industry standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in **non-leather footwear production**.
- Assist in improving **efficiency and productivity** on the production floor.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **5-7 years of experience** in **non-leather footwear manufacturing**.
- Previous experience in **training and skill development** within the footwear industry.
- Strong knowledge of **footwear materials, production techniques, and machinery**.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to **develop structured training programs** and mentor production staff.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to **quality assurance**.
