Restaurant Trainer

The Trainer is primarily responsible for training team members at new restaurant openings and current restaurants for any training needs.
This role is the primary support to Operations and support areas to stay current on companys product launchings and business developments in order to guarantee consistency and clarity on messages to convey.

Responsible for training and certifying new team members at new restaurant openings.

Facilitate trainings and hands-on sessions for new launches (products/initiatives), as well as action and support plans for previously opened restaurants

Provide positive and constructive feedback to trainees, with honesty and respect, and encourage a two-way conversation.

5 years experience in relevant experience as trainer in restaurant industry preferred. Excellent guest service skill. Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
