**IT Innovation Expert (f/m/d) to support and drive cross-organizational Ideation and Incubation activities to foster the early stages of IT-innovation and digitalization, ensuring proper connection to experts and guidance.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You identify, initiate and coordinate specific seeding and incubation activities (e.g. Digitalization Use Cases, Idea and Problem challenges, Hackathons)
- You drive multi-staged Design Thinking and facilitation Trainings to coach and train the organization on innovation fostering methods
- You feed the high potential opportunities into design sprints
- You select valuable innovation opportunities & impact of trends and assess feasibility, desirability, and viability
- You develop and maintain an early-stage IT-innovation and incubation Framework
- You make Incubation and Innovation activities transparent and measurable (KPIs) across the organization
- You support knowledge sharing and learning culture across the organization regarding incubation implementation and its culture respectively

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have a master’s degree in design, technology or related
- You convince with first experience with Design Thinking methodology and facilitation of user-centered workshops (ideally within Siemens Healthineers)
- You have initial experience in academic and innovation network collaboration
- You have first experience with early-stage IT-innovations and digitalization
- You have a basic knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI
