We are seeking Edtech Counsellors who can connect with healthcare professionals and doctors,to help them choose the right Continued Medical Education (CME) courses to enhance their careers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counseling and Guidance**:

- Engage with prospective medical professionals to understand their educational and career goals.
- Provide information on available courses, certifications, and program benefits tailored for healthcare careers.
- Assist in selecting programs that align with their professional development and specialization needs.

**Lead Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads and counseling sessions in the CRM system.

**Sales and Enrollments**:

- Guide medical professionals through the enrollment process, including registration, fee payment, and on boarding.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high conversion rates and meet enrollment goals.

**Support and Follow-up**:

- Address concerns or challenges that arise during the initial course phase.
- Regularly communicate with enrolled professionals to ensure a positive learning
- experience and continued engagement.

**Market Research and Feedback**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments in medical education.
- Collect feedback from professionals to improve counseling practices and program offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience: 0-3 years

**Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A basic understanding of healthcare and medical education is a plus.
