- Call US insurance companies to follow up on pending/denied claims.
- Work on A/R aging to resolve outstanding claims.
- Handle claim denials, reprocessing, and escalation where needed.
- Verify patient insurance/demographic details.

**Desired Profile**:

- Experience in **Healthcare RCM - Denial Management**.
- Strong communication & analytical skills.
- Typing speed**:30-35 WPM**.
- Flexible to work in **night shifts (US shift)**.
