**Job Purpose**
- To do quality check of the promotional and service campaigns been sent to customers for cross-selling, up-selling or awareness communications through various digital & branch channels, and ensure there are no errors
By checking the SQL /Oracle query written by the developers to ensure all the relevant filters are applied
- By random checking the database created

**Job Responsibilities(JR)**
- Quality Checking of the campaign base and the communications of various channels_
- Check and validate the input /source data for campaign
- Using RDBMS (SQL/Oracle/Aginity/No SQL db) query and ETL tools (Jasper) to extract data from datawarehouse and other data sources of the bank.
- Check all the filters and logics are applied as mentioned in the campaign docket
- Campaign allotment to campaign developers and tracking the development_
- _ _To allocate the campaign initiated by Campaigns/Product team to the developers and thereby ensure productivity of all the developers are utilized
- To guide the developers on base extraction and logics
- To follow-up with the developers regularly to ensure campaigns are launched on time
- Ensure the Campaign calendar and the contact history are updated by the campaign developers_
- _ _To ensure that campaign developers updates the campaign calendar correctly with all correct information
- To ensure that the campaign developers updates the contact history table correctly which is further used by evaluation team.
- Investigate and revert on customer complaints related to campaigns_
- _ _To ensure any queries or complaints raised by customer are appropriately investigated and reverted within the agreed TAT
- To coordinate with Vendors for whitelisting of SMS lines for sending to NDNC customers _
- To coordinate with SMS vendors for whitelisting of SMS line if the same needs to be sent to NDNC customers.
- To coordinate with vendors for post campaign response dumps required by campaign/produc_t_

**Educational Qualifications**

Graduation / Post-Graduation with IT background

- RDBMS knowledge
- Ability & inquisitive to learn new campaign tools
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Communication

**Experience Required**
- Minimum experience of 3 years
- Understanding of campaigns tools, and has experience on either Unica / Adobe / Resulticks or similar such platform and worked on any ETL tools
- Exposure to banking preferable
