**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Merchandiser, located in Indore. The Production Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating the production process, ensuring timely delivery and quality control of garments, working closely with clients and internal teams, and managing client relationships. Additional tasks include monitoring inventory, overseeing product sampling, and providing status updates to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Garments Manufacturing Industry in Knitwear
- Skilled in client management, sampling, production and delivery timeline
- Strong knowledge of trims and apparel production material and process
- Management of outsourcing and vendors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the têxtile or apparel industry is a plus
- Self decision making qualities according to situation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field preferred

Objectives:

- To manage overall sampling to production requirements
- Managing all the documents and details as per PO and details by the buyers.
- Making BOM
- Manage Clients and their queries
- Overlooking the products from raw material to finished product in factory.
- Vendors management (fabrics, trims and prints and others as required by client)
- Assignment of jobworks
- And related to manufacturing the Apparel as per client needs

CTC: 2.5 Lakh to 4.5 Lakh per annum.

Immediate joiner will be prefered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
