**Role Summary**:
As a Sales Associate, Growth Associate, Business Development Associates you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through innovative approaches, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, and analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics. Your role will involve assessing client needs, providing assistance and information on product features, and achieving individual and departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through creative approaches.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
- Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Assess client needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Follow and achieve individual and departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintain sales administrative tasks, including updating CRM systems.
- Build and maintain strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in communication or any bachelor’s degree.
- Well-groomed and neat appearance.
- Exceptional networking skills.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,702.79 - ₹40,591.68 per month
