Ability to fully participate in all project management support activities
- Taking notes, working on PowerPoint decks, updating PMO tools in real time during meetings
- Creating new records in project management tools and having a comprehensive understanding of the Project lifecycle and terminology as defined by PMO
- Ability to support on ambiguous and ad-hoc requests outside of project space, including key support in risk management department.
- With no guidance, able to fully support project manager on 5-10 projects at a time
- Ability to handle ambiguous and ad-hoc requests outside of project space, including RMRP (i.e. taking on new and unexpected tasks without needing weeks of training)
- Ability to draft EVP-level communications, and handle external tax communications within policy
- Able to fully manage 1-2 projects at a time with limited supervision
- Complete the assigned milestones that are part of data pull projects within the assigned timelines
- Ability to Design and prepare the Power point presentations for the Management/Auditors
- Ability to do the analysis between the data sets (reports) to draw the desired results (summary of analysis)
Collaborate with teams Internal and external stakeholders within Oracle to gather required supporting documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- English Proficiency, able to read/speak/type
- Master in MS Excel (Understanding pivot tables, formatting, and complex formulas (vlookup, sort))
- Master in MS PowerPoint
- Detail & Comprehension - able to take clear instructions and provide a repeatable deliverable with near-perfect consistency
- Communication Ability - able to reach out for help prior to something being “too late” to fix. Execution Ability - any portfolio or examples of completing a multi-step project (University Projects as an example).
Desirable Traits, but not “Must Have”:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Visio
